MVM Group of Institutions in Bangalore is under the MVM Educational Trust, which originated in 2010 through the vision of educationalists Mr. M.V. Muniraj and Mrs. Shantha Venkatesh. The trust was established to provide high-quality and affordable education for all students. The journey began by establishing the nursing college education in 2004, expanding into various other fields later on.

Under the MVM Educational Trust, several significant UG programs are offered across different colleges. The MVM College of Allied Health Sciences, College of Physiotherapy, College of Pharmacy, and College of Naturopathy and Yogic Science are affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS)

Additionally, the MVM College of Speech and Hearing and the College of Arts, Science, and Management are affiliated with Bangalore City University. The educational offerings have further expanded to include Pre-University courses under the umbrella of the MVM Educational Trust.
