Alpine Institute of Aeronautics offers an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course. The course is approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India. The nature of the AME course at AIA is full-time and on-campus. The duration of the AME program is 2 years.

The eligibility criteria for the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course at AIA are mentioned below.

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board of education with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
  • Any recognized council should have conducted the exam for education.
  • Or candidates should have completed their Diploma degree equivalent to three years in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
  • To be eligible for admission in Alpine Institute, Candidates should have passed their Diploma degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregation.

AIA offers B.Sc AME (H) courses to provide an overview knowledge of Aircraft maintenance and its procedure and systems. It is a dual degree course. The B.Sc AME (H) course is divided into these streams.

The BSc AME (Hons) eligibility criteria in AIA are mentioned below.

  • Candidates must have passed any intermediate equivalent examination from a recognized board of education.
  • The compulsory subjects should be Physics, mathematics, and chemistry.
  • Candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in all the subjects calculated together.
  • Candidates who completed their 3-year Diploma program in any stream will also be eligible for admission in B.Sc AME (H) course at AIA.

  • For admission in the B.Sc AME course, AIA offers direct or merit-based admission.
  • The evaluation of the candidates will be done based on their last academic exam performance.
  • Candidates can fill the application of Alpine Institute B.Sc course via online as well as offline mode.
  • To apply online, candidates can go through the official website and fill up the AIA registration form.
  • After filling in all the details and attaching the copies of required documents, candidates must submit the form by paying the application fees of rs. 10,000.
