DBS Global University Admission Process

Candidates looking for admission to the UG/PG Courses at DBS Global University must make sure to satisfy the eligibility criteria as defined by the university. To be noted, admission criteria vary from course to course. The mode of admission process is entirely online. Students are required to visit the official website to fill up the DBS Global University application form. Admission will be granted on the basis of academic merit or a university-level entrance exam, followed by an online interview.

• For admission to the B.Com and BBA, DBS accepts the CUET Entrance Exam score. If students have below 75% in 4 Core subjects of 12^th  or below 60th percentile in CUET, they must appear for an Online Interview.
• DBS Global University B Tech Admission is based on the JEE Main Score. If students have below 50 percentile in JEE Main or below 50% aggregate marks in 12^th, then they are mandated to appear for the DBS Global University Entrance Exam (DGU-AT Online Test)
• DBS Global University MBA Admission is based on the entrance exam followed by an Online Interview. It accepts the scores of CAT, GMAT, NMAT, CMAT, GRE, and XAT. If students have a low score or have not attempted these exams, they must appear for the DBS MBA Entrance Exam.
• For admission to the BSc Agriculture, candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 75% marks in 4 core subjects (PCMB). Selection is based on the CUET score. If students have 60 percentile in CUET, they will be exempted from the online interview. Otherwise, they must appear for the interview.

DBS Global University Placement

The Career Development Cell (CDC) is a placement cell at DBS Global University that supports the placement process for students. The CDC has strong working relationships with many top companies and provides students with training, guidance, and support to prepare for the job market.

• Career Guidance: Each student is assessed based on their strengths and weaknesses. Also career plan is created for the student.
• Special Workshops: The university holds a few workshops for students to prepare for interviews, group discussions, and written tests.
• Industry Training: Extra training is provided to students based on the industries they are interested in.  
• Expert Talks: The CDC always invites industry experts to engage with the students to provide real-life knowledge of the industry.
• Summer Internships: CDC assists all students in finding internships during the summer or winter breaks to gain valuable experience.
• International Internships: DBS also provides international internships in Singapore. Students can choose to participate in the optional international internship program. The internship includes a travel, boarding, and lodging stipend. Note: the internship cost is not included in the college fees. It must be paid separately by the students.

DBS Global University Hostel

DBS Global University provides on-campus/off-campus hostel accommodation for outsiders to live in a safe and homely space. There are seven hostels on campus, all are well-furnished. Accommodation is available separately for male and female students.

The total on-campus cost of living is less expensive than the total cost of living off campus. Living in campus housing gives you high-speed internet and 24-hour security. Students have access to the Cafeteria and recreation facilities. Living in the residence halls is a fun experience.

However, Hostel seats are limited, so students should apply early. The DBS Global University hostel fee varies based on the type of room.

Mess and Additional Charges

• Mess Charge: INR 60,000, it can be paid in two instalments (INR 35,000 +  INR 25,000)
• Facility Management Fees: INR 19,500 (Transport, Wi-Fi, Laundry, Medical Insurance)

Day Boarding ( For both local/outside hostel students): INR 25,000 (Includes Lunch, Transport, Limited Dorm Usage)
