You just need to pass your 12th with a 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. If you are from Karnataka and belong to an SC or ST category, you only need 45%.
For AMC B. Sc selection qualifying KCET exam is must. When the ranks come out, the Karnataka Examination Authority conducts centralized counseling where you get a seat based on your score and choices.
No, NEET is only for MBBS. For the B. Sc Nursing you need to qualify KCET entrance exam.
In 2024 the closing, cutoff score for General seat was around 494 marks.
Since Al-Ameen is a religious minority college, a larger portion of their seats is for Muslim applicants. The competition is a bit lower so minority students get in easily with around 411 marks, which is lower than the general seats.
For the SC category under students, the cutoff score was around 407 marks.
MBBS admission to AMC is based on NEET UG exam, followed by KEA counseling.
No there is no direct admission. It is mandatory for the candidates to qualify in NEET with a valid score
NEET PG score expected 2026 cutoff at AMC is around 571 marks to get into General Medicine.
MBBS students at Al-Ameen get their practical clinical training in campus itself at the Al-Ameen Medical College Hospital.
There is an only positive remark about the institute which has excellent medical doctors for teaching purpose and the fee structure is also very affordable. The government seat fee will be less whereas the management quota fee will be more. This is recognized by the Medical council of India. The institute is covering the 200 acres of land surrounded with full green trees and bushes. The institute is established with the vision to provide excellent medical education. Al Ameen Medical College ranking is very good and is having 500 beds facility along with all the modern academic facilities for teaching purpose.
