AIMCET 2025 is popularly known as the All India MCA common entrance test. It is one of the important and renowned entrance tests in India. This is conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee under MHRD- Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. This examination is conducted every year for the students interested to seek admission for the course MCA (Master of Computer Application at IIT.
The interested candidates can get admission to the best colleges across India by appearing in this entrance exam. This is a national-level entrance test. Every year, the exam is conducted by the IIT to provide admission to the deserving candidates in the top colleges across the country for the course MCA.

AIMCET 2025 eligibility criteria have been mentioned below. The interested candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before proceeding with the registration process. The following are the few important criteria’s for the entrance test:
- The candidates should have the subject mathematics compulsory in the 12th or graduation level.
- The candidates should also have a graduation degree from a recognized university with a combination of computer, math, physics, and chemistry.
- The applicants who are appearing for their final year of exams are also eligible to apply for the exam, but they need to submit all the required documents as per the given date by the exam authority.
AIMCET 2025 registration will start from the month Jan/Feb 2025. The application form will be available both online and offline mode.
Candidates who are interested in applying online are required to visit the official website (http://www.iitr.ac.in)
The candidates need to fill the application form correctly and with all the proper details.
For the offline process, the candidates need to collect the application form from the administrative office by making the payment in cash.
Application form Fee:
- The general category candidate fee: is Rs. 1300/-.
- The Reserved category (SC/ST) Candidate fee: is Rs. 650.
The AIMCET 2025 admit card will be available online in May 2025 on the official website. The below mentioned are the few steps involved in getting the admit card online:
- The candidates need to visit the official website.
- Click on the exam section
- Then choose the button for the AIMCET 2025 admit card.
- The required details need to be filled out, and the candidates need to submit them.
- The admit card will appear on the screen, the candidates are advised to download it and keep it for future use.
The AIMCET 2025 result will be announced in the month of June last week or in the first week of July 2025 (tentative).
AIMCET 2025 admission will be based on the AIMCET entrance test score and the performance of the applicants. Accordingly, a merit list will be prepared and the shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection procedure.
