Punjab Agricultural University Course Admission

The PAU admissions process includes an entrance test, an interview, and document verification. After passing the entrance exam, candidates must attend a counseling session. Students can apply for courses either offline or online.

  • Except for a B.Sc. in fashion design, applicants for a B.Sc. (Hons.) must participate in PAU's CET. Candidates for the B.Sc. in Architecture are required to take the IITs' AAT. Candidates with valid scores can obtain a Punjab University of Agriculture BSc Admission.
  • Aspiring applicants for the B.Sc. in Fashion Designing program must take the NID-conducted DAT, held specifically to assess candidates' creative prowess.
  • B.Tech admission is likewise based on the Punjab University of Agriculture Entrance Exam, except for B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, where applicants must first qualify in JEE Main.
  • Admission to the Punjab University MBA Agribusiness and MCA programs is determined on PAU-MET results, followed by a PI round. Admission to the MTech program in remote sensing and GIS is based on a PI round. Those who have passed the PAU-CET can apply for the Integrated Punjab University of Agriculture MSc program.

Applicants must visit the University's official website. The cost of the downloaded application form and prospectus is included in the entrance test fee of INR 640 (?610 for additional options in MET-Agri and MET-Community Science).

PAU offers B.Sc. hons in Agriculture and other streams. The selections will be based on academic merit in 10+2 board exams in the science stream. Selections are based on merit, and no entrance test is required.
