The Nadgir Institute of Engineering and Technology was founded in 2004. Institute is a private, unsupported, and self-funded minority organization recognized by AICTE and affiliated with the Visvesvaraya Technological University. • Institute offers a bachelor's degree in engineering in various fields. Talented employees effectively carry out the development of the curriculum of VTU.
• The NDIET Library was founded in 2004. The library's collections include many books, national journals, international journals, online journals, CD-ROMs, and a wide selection of magazines.
• For students who come from outside Bangalore, hostels are available. Separate hostels are available in a modern way with beautiful buildings and hygienic food facilities. Each student receives a chair, cot, and a table.

The institute also encourages some of the cultural activities of technical orientation, such as seminars, modern workshops, and conferences. Institute has excellent facilities like modern computer labs with Wi-Fi, advanced classrooms, a Wi-Fi campus, well-equipped laboratories for every branch, transport facilities, e-journals, etc.

Course details:

Nadgir Institute provides Bachelor of Engineering and Lateral Entry for B.E course. Various specializations in B.E are offered, such as Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Science and Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering. The minimum eligibility criteria will be, the student must have cleared HSC examination/ 10+2 (CBSE/ICSE) in relevant subjects with valid scores (45% aggregate marks) from any recognized board or B.Sc. degree in relevant issues taken together with 50% marks. Lateral entry eligibility criteria will be a Diploma with valid marks.
