Munnar Catering College (MCC) was started in 1984 by the Thachankary Foundation, and the Royal Group of Companies promotes it. The Munnar College campus is situated near the Thachankary Hills, Munnar Kerala State. The Institute is affiliated with NCHMCT (National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology) and approved by AICTE.MCC has signed MOU with Royal Roads University, Canada, for academic collaboration. Institute offers UG, PG, and Diploma courses in specific streams, namely Hotel Management, Management, Science, and vocational courses. The Munnar Catering College courses will equip the candidates with skills and knowledge and enable them to develop as the best professional leaders in the hotel management domain.

• Munnar Catering College offers a three-year bachelor’s degree B.Sc. in two streams, namely Hospitality & Hotel Administration and Hospitality & Tourism Studies; it also provides a Diploma in 4 streams, namely Hotel Management & Catering Technology, International Business Management, International Hotel Management, and Tourism and Professional Cookery for one year and certification courses are available for six months.
• Munnar College offers Integrated program Diploma in International Hotel Management & Tourism and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Studies for three years along with 1-year job training.
• The course fee structure at Munnar Catering College for B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration costs approximately INR 1.1 Lakhs Per annum. For the Diploma Course, it costapproximatelyte INR 45,000 for the entire course duration. Course fee or the Integrated program costs INR 3.3 Lakhs for the whole of the three years of course duration.
• Admission at the Munnar Catering College for Bachelor’s Degree will be granted based on NCHMCT JEE Score. Access for integrated & diploma will be based on the academic merit in the last qualifying examination.
