Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, a pass in any Bachelor's Degree examination is sufficient, while SEBC candidates are eligible with a relaxation of up to 3% marks from the norms.

Admission is strictly merit-based, determined by entrance examinations such as KMAT Kerala, CMAT, or CAT, along with Group Discussion/Written Ability Tests and Personal Interviews conducted at the institutional level.

• The rank list is equipped based on the following components: Entrance Examination Score (80%), Group Discussion/Written Ability Test (10%), and Personal Interview (10%).
• General category applicants must score a least 15% marks in the entrance test, SEBC candidates require a minimum of 10%, and SC/ST candidates need 7.5% marks to qualify.
• Shortlisted candidates undergo group discussion and personal interviews, with a merit list published based on performance.
• In case of a tie, candidates are ranked based on actual marks obtained in the qualifying exam, followed by the date of birth, with older candidates ranked higher.
• Admission follows Government norms regarding reservation rules.

Admission Process:

• Candidates must apply for KMAT Kerala/CMAT/CAT and simultaneously apply to BMIM for admission online through the institute's website.
• The Bharata Mata Institute of Management application form fee for admission at BMIM is Rs. 500/-.
• Upon receipt of the application, candidates are informed of the date of group discussion and personal interview.
• After GD & PI, candidates must promptly inform the college office of their KMAT Kerala/CMAT/CAT scores.
• Upon selection, candidates confirm acceptance of the offer by remitting payment of the first-semester fee.

E-grants: E-grants are available for all candidates admitted from SC/ST/OEC communities. Post Matric Scholarship: The Post Matric Scholarship for Minorities is provided by the central government to students belonging to minority communities such as Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Sikh, Zoroastrian, or Parsi. Eligible applicants must have secured at least 50% marks or equivalent grades in their previous Board/University Examination, and their annual family income should not exceed Rs. 3.5 Lakhs.
