The institute was entrenched in the year 1987 by the Society called Millat Education. College is a university college, approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and a member of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

The university is the oldest private engineering school in the Bihar minority. By Hansa's weekly survey, the college has been one of the 20 best colleges in eastern India.

The college is celebrating 30 years in Best Placement & infrastructure. The campus is 18.48 acres of land with advanced infrastructure and eco -friendly atmosphere. The programs offered in the college, engineering in the stream of CSE, ME, CE, ECE, EEE, and Department of Science & Humanities.

The university offers security on campus, space for worship, recreational fun, sports facilities, medical services, library, transportation, etc. The various blocks extend on 16 acres.
