Maratha Mandal Engineering College

The institute approved its 1st students in 1997, years after the statute's approval. Maratha Mandal College can inspire the youth of next-generation from all walks of life to understand that science, mathematics, and engineering can give them an exciting power, not as consumers & spectators, but as active entrepreneurs and inventors shape the future. The Maratha Mandal Engineering College was founded in 1997.

• It is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University in Belgaum and is accredited by the Council of Technical Education of India (AICTE) in New Delhi.

• The institute has an installation of E-Vidya. It is a video transmission server that provides the topics of the VTU, National Program for Technology-Based Learning (NPTEL), and other contents of the VTU University Campus.
• The institute offers UG, PG, and Ph.D. courses in various sectors.
• The digital library provides access to electronic journals from Elsevier, IEEE, Springer, ASTM Digital Library, ASME, and J-GATE.

The College conducts several international competitions such as the Inter College Best Championship, the All India Intercollegiate Chess Game Grande Ora Trinity, the Pradeep Kamat Memorial Tournament 2012, etc. The school has a separate shelter for ladies and gents. The shelter of boys has a capacity for 138 students. A hostel facility offers students an ideal stay to spend their studies in an environment away from urban life distractions. Students who stay in the institute hostel receive free transportation to get to the college and return with our college buses.
