To apply for the B Tech program at GKV Faculty of Engineering & Technology, candidates must have passed their Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination with PCM from a recognized Board in India.

Admission Procedure:

• Admission to the B.Tech program is primarily based on the All India Ranks (AIRs) of JEE Main.
• Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) / Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) conducts counseling rounds for seat allocation.
• Candidates must complete all admission formalities, including fee payment and document submission, within the prescribed dates given by CSAB/JOSAA to secure their seats.
• Upgradation opportunities are available for candidates who have been allotted seats through Central Counseling by filling out the upgrade form.
• The remaining vacant seats after CSAB counseling are filled through direct application based on JEE Main AIRs.

• Obtain the application form and information brochure from the Registrar's office or the Dean's office by paying the required fee in cash or Demand Draft.
• Application forms for lateral entry into B Tech II year can be obtained from the university website.
• For direct admission to B Tech II year, download the application form from the website and submit it along with the prescribed Demand Draft.
• Candidates applying for vacant seats in the B.Tech 1st year can fill out the application form online and send the printed copy along with the Demand Draft to the Dean's office before the deadline.

Counseling Fee: Candidates attending counseling sessions are required to deposit a demand draft of Rs. 5000/- as counseling fee payable to the Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar.
