The east-west college offers PG Course M Tech in 8 Specializations such as Machine Design, Thermal Power Engineering, Digital Electronics, Information Technology, Structural Engineering, Geo-Technical Engineering, Computer Network Engineering Computer Science. The Total Intake capacity for M Tech at EWGI is 18 students for each branch. M Tech admissions at EWGI are usually offered based on the entrance exam scores.

MBA in EWGI

MBA (Master of Business Administration) department was started in 2004 at East-west college, and it offers mainly three specializations as Finance Management, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management. The east-west institute offers a Master’s Degree Course MBA for the duration of 3 years, and the total intake for MBA is 120 students for the first year, and for Lateral Entry, the intake is 24 students. EWGI admissions for UG & PG Courses will be granted based on the entrance exam scores. Eligible candidates can apply for the application form by visiting the college's official site. They should download the form and fill it up appropriately and submit it by attaching relevant educational copies and paying the required fees. East-West Group of Institutions application fees charges INR 500, and it can be paid through Demand draft.

EWGI admissions for B Tech

Candidates seeking to apply for the B Tech program must have passed in 10+2 Examination with a minimum 45% aggregate score in the science stream (Physics, Maths, and Chemistry Subjects). There will be 5% relaxation in an aggregate score for the candidates who belong to SC/ST/OBC Category. Eligible students must appear for KCET Entrance Exam, which will be conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority). After securing must appear for Counseling based on the rank eligibility seats will be allocated. Non-Karnataka candidates can get admission through COMEDK Entrance Exam. Students can also get admission through the Management Entrance Test, which EWGI will conduct.

EWGI admissions for M Tech

Applicants looking to get admission for M Tech at East-west college must have qualified in bachelor’s degree BE/B Tech with a minimum 50% aggregate score and a reserved category 45%. Selection of the candidates for the admission process will be offered based on PGCET valid score or Management Test, which the institute will conduct. Even GATE Qualified students are also eligible to get admission for M Tech at EWGI.80% of seats are reserved for PGCET/GATE Candidates, and the remaining 20% of seats are allocated EWGI Management Quota.

EWGI admissions for MBA

Minimum Eligibility criteria to apply for Full Time MBA Program in EWGI is, Candidates must have graduated with a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with a required 50% aggregate score, and there will be 5% relaxation for the reserved category. East-west institute MBA admissions are granted based on students' scores in the KPGCET Entrance Exam or KMAT Entrance Exam score.

Students who wish to apply for the Postgraduate course MCA at EWGI must be eligible with a minimum 50% aggregate score in bachelor’s degree BCA (Mathematics must be compulsory subject). Selection Criteria will be done through the candidate's score attained in KPGCET Entrance Exam. Even Candidates can get admission by appearing for the Management test, which will be conducted institute based on the overall performance, admissions will be granted.

Ph.D. admissions at East-west college will be made as per the norms of VTU. Required eligibility criteria to apply for a Ph.D. course is candidates must have qualified in master’s degree in relevant stream with 55% aggregate marks.
