The DDU Gorakpur campus is also home to a multi-story library, sports facilities, a moot court, a theatre, an art gallery, and museums. Library: The DDU GKP library building is about 4,000 square metres and has over 4 lakh books inside. It serves over 15,000 professors, staff members, and researchers. It is home to the central textbook section, or CTBS, from which textbooks are distributed to undergraduate and graduate students. On the ground floor, in the Nehru Hall or reading room, students read newspapers, magazines, and numerous general books.
