Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management was brought into existence during the year 1980 in Bhatkalcity of Uttara Kannada district, Karnataka. The institute is functioning under Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen, an educational board.

 Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management conducts an annual techno-management national level festival in the name Nebulus.
