The Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) 2025 has officially begun, and the online application form is available. If you are a student looking for admission in order to study engineering in Rajasthan, it is time to apply for REAP 2025 Online.

REAP 2025 is the official state-level admission process in Rajasthan for undergraduate engineering courses. It is being conducted by the Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG), Jaipur. Through REAP Counselling 2025, you will be able to gain admission to Top Engineering Colleges in Rajasthan, whether it is government or private.

 Basically, there is no specific state-level entrance exam for engineering courses in Rajasthan. Instead, the authority conducts a centralized admission process REAP. Here, applicants are mandated to register for REAP based on 12^th or JEE Main 2025 scores. By considering the scores, the REAP 2025 Merit list will be formed.

REAP 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before registering for REAP 2025, interested students are required to see if they satisfy the eligibility conditions.

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen. Both students from Rajasthan or any other state can apply for REAP 2025.
• The applicant must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one optional subject (Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Technical).
•  The minimum marks required to apply are 45% marks for General Category candidates and 40% marks for SC / ST / OBC / MBC candidates.
• In addition, you must have appeared for JEE Main 2025.

 

How to apply for REAP 2025 ?

If you wish to be admitted in B.Tech courses in Rajasthan Engineering Colleges through REAP, then you will need to apply for online. We have given a stepwise procedure to be followed while applying.

Step 1: Open the REAP 2025 Main Website:

• Explore the official website of REAP 2025.
• The instructions must be read carefully before filling the form.

 Step 2: Registration:

• Click "New Registration" to begin the registration process.
• Enter some basic information such as: Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Date of Birth.
• Then create a password for your login account.
• After registering, your login ID and password will be generated and sent to you.

 

 Step 3: Filling REAP Application Form

• Login with your generated ID and password.
• Enter personal details-Academic details (Class 10 & 12); contact details, etc.
• Enter the course (B.Tech or B.Arch) and category (General, SC, ST, etc.) status you are applying.

 Step 4: Uploading of Documents

Upload clear scanned copies of:

5. Class 10/12 mark sheets.
5. JEE Main/NATA score card.
6. Caste/Domicile/Income certificates (where applicable).

All documents should be submitted in line with the formats and clarity specified.

Step 5: REAP 2025 Application Fee Payment

After the online application submission, pay approx INR 700 through online payment modes like debit/credit card and net banking.

 Step 6: Submit and Print Out

• Make sure to confirm everything is accurate.
• Then, take the printout and keep it safe.

 

REAP 2025 Counselling Process

REAP 2025 counselling is important for the students seeking admission to B.Tech through the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process. The process is conducted online and the seat allotment operates for imparting admission into engineering colleges in Rajasthan, both government and private.

Let us take a walk along the steps for an easy understanding of what the REAP 2025 counselling is all about.

 Step 1: Registration for REAP Counselling 2025

After the release of the merit list, the students must register for counselling, which happens on the official REAP website. For this, you have to:

• Login using the REAP ID and password.
• Re-enter your basic details again if the screen prompts so.
• Pay the REAP 2025 counselling registration fee of INR 700.
• Post-registration, you will participate in the seat allotment process.

Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking

Here, you select your desired colleges and courses from the list provided.

• There is no restriction on the number of options selected.
• Arrange them in order of preference very carefully.
• Once you have finished filling in your choices, force-lock your options once before the expiry of the deadline.

Step 3: Seat Allotment 

• REAP will generate a merit list by combining your JEE Main result or class 12 grades.
• Your seat assignment will occur based on this merit combined with your selected preferences. The existence of multiple seat allocation rounds grants you abundant opportunities.
• An allocation letter will be delivered to you through your login process.
• The document you are about to receive will contain detailed particulars regarding your engineering branch and associated college institution.

Step 4: Document verification

Once the seat allotment process is done, you need to report to the allotted college for the document verification process. The list of essential documents includes:

• Academic records for grades 10 and 12.
• Scorecard of JEE Main
• Domilcile Certification
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate (For EWS or Fees wavier scheme)
• Allotment Letter
• A copy of the REAP 2025 application form.

Step 5: Payment of Fees and Admission Confirmation

• After verification of your documents, you will be required to pay the fee for admission in order to secure your seat. The amount of the fee will be according to the college you are allocated.
• After paying the fee, your admission is final. If you do not report on time or you don't pay the fee, your seat will be cancelled.

 

Step 6: Spot Round

Once the regular rounds are completed, if there are still vacant seats, REAP conducts a spot round. Whoever has not received a seat previously or did not apply initially can join this round.
