Kumaraguru College of Technology Cutoff

Kumaraguru College of Technology was started in 1949. It is an engineering college with a scale of 3.4 out of 5. KCT functions with Anna University affiliation and also has approval from AICTE. In addition, NAAC accredits the KCT with an 'A' Grade. In 2020,  Kumaraguru College was ranked 82^nd among Top Engg Colleges by NIRF. It has been ranked 25^th among Top Engg Colleges in South Region. KCT offers admission to the B Tech at UG level and MBA, M Tech at PG level.

• For admission to the B Tech in Kumaraguru College, candidates must register for TNEA Counselling based on 10+2 academic marks.
• Soon after the intermediate results are out, the TNEA Counselling will be processed by Anna University.
• Once the registration process concludes, Anna University will display TNEA Merit List. Additionally, even the respective college admission authority will release the Kumaraguru College TNEA Cut off criteria.
• Each registered candidate will be assigned a unique TNEA Rank through the Merit list. The TNEA rank determines candidates eligible for securing B Tech admission in KCT.
• To be eligible for B Tech admission, the candidate's TNEA Rank must be equivalent to the cutoff criteria defined by the college authority.
