XLRI Jamshedpur has announced the XAT 2027 Registration Dates. The official XAT website has been updated accordingly. As per the schedule, it will begin on 15 July 2026. Interested and Eligible applicants can visit the official website to fill out the XAT 2027 application form.
The full schedule with all important dates as well as the application details related to the XAT 2027 will be revealed on the day that the XAT registration starts.
Also, according to sources, it is expected that the last date to apply for XAT 2027 is scheduled for December 2026. XAT has been taking place every year on the first Sunday of January. We can assume that the same will happen again this time. It is expected that XAT 2027 will take place on 3 January 2027. The exam is likely to be conducted in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
XAT will be conducted in more than 100 cities spread across the country. The scorecard will also be valid for admissions into management programmes in XLRI Jamshedpur and other top MBA/PGDM Colleges.

XLRI Jamshedpur has introduced a new advantage for applicants of XAT 2027. Candidates who register for XAT 2027 on July 15, 2026, will be provided their first choice of test city. The allotted test city will be confirmed by August 5, 2026.
This feature has given candidates an extra edge by providing more time for travel arrangements. Candidates traveling from distant cities can manage their travel and stay in advance.
The early confirmation will also help in reducing the last-minute pressure that candidates face before the exam.

After uploading the documents, navigate to the payment section. Pay the XAT 2027 registration fee through Debit Card or Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking or other online payment options. Do not leave the page until you get the confirmation of payment.

Carefully review the application form before submitting it. After submitting the application form, download and save the confirmation page for your future reference. It would be helpful for candidates to keep both a hard copy of the application form and receipt of payment until the end of the admission process.
Those who wish to apply for XAT 2027 must pay the fee when they submit the online application. XLRI Jamshedpur does not offer relaxation in registration fee on the basis of the candidates' category, which means that all applicants pay the same fee.
However, candidates applying for XLRI courses may have to pay an additional programme fee as per the specifications of the college during the application process.

The registration fee for the XAT 2027 depends on the courses you choose while filling out the form. All aspirants are required to pay the basic XAT registration fee. The candidates applying for XLRI MBA/PGDM Courses are required to pay an additional fee for each course.

Example: If you apply for two XLRI Courses, you will pay the XAT registration fee of INR 2,300 plus INR 400 for the two programmes. The total application fee will be INR 2,700.
