  1. Understand the JEE Main Exam pattern: The students must be aware of the JEE Main exam pattern to prepare well and for time management for each section. Here are some of the main details to know about the exam pattern:
  • The mode of exam is online, i.e., in CBT format.
  • The medium of the exam is available in 12 regional languages.
  • The JEE Main 2023 exam is divided into three papers- BE/ B-Tech, B.Arch, and B.Arch.
  • The JEE Main duration is 3 hours, and the question type is MCQ.
  • The exam will be held in two slots- 9 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm.
  • For each precise answer, 4 marks will be given, and for the wrong answer, -1 will be deducted.
  1. JEE Main Preparation tips and tricks:
  • Once the applicant classifies the topics and weightage, they must start making the planned schedule for the exam and gather the required study materials.
  • Distribute the time of preparation for each of the subjects and their topics.
  • While preparing for the topics, making short notes from the bulk information is recommended, which makes the revision process easier.
  • They must ensure that they even schedule the time for revisions before the exam day.
