JEE Main 2023 Registration Begins

The JEE Main 2023 application forms were made available by the National Testing Agency (NTA). There will be two attempts for the NTA JEE Main 2023 between January and April. The session 1 exam is concluded. On the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, candidates can sign up for JEE Main 2023 session 2. The authorities have already announced the JEE Main 2023 Exam Dates. As per the schedule, JEE Main 2023 session 2 will be conducted on April 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12. The first session of IIT JEE Main 2023 took place on January 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, and February 1.

According to the National Testing Agency (NTA), 8.6 lakh students submitted applications for the IIT JEE Main 2023 January exam. JEE Main 2023 Registration for session 2 is open to applications from new candidates and those who attended the first session. Candidates who participated in session 1 need not re-register. Instead, they can submit applications directly.

Note: The NTA has also warned candidates that those who submit multiple applications or have multiple application numbers will be treated unfairly and face severe penalties.

Eligibility for the JEE Main 2023

Candidates should ensure that they meet the JEE Main 2023 Eligibility requirements because any ineligibility discovered at a subsequent stage will result in disqualification from the examination.

  • Qualifications for education include passing the 12th grade in 2021 & 2022 or appearing in 2023.
  • JEE Main 2023 Age Limit: No age limit applies to the JEE Main 2023 exam.
  • Several attempts: There are two sessions for the JEE Main 2023 exam. The exam will be given in January and April this year. Candidates can take part in either of the exam sessions.
  • Subjects Requirement: To be eligible for a B.E. or B.Tech. Degree candidates must have passed the qualifying exam with Physics and Mathematics, as well as Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, and Technical Vocational subjects. Steps to fill JEE Main Application Form 2023

The steps to the JEE Main Application Form 2023 consist of the following: Registration, JEE Main 2023 form fill-up, uploading documents, and payment of application fees. The specific steps are listed below:

Candidates should keep the following information handy when starting the application process: Valid Email Id and Mobile Number, Scanned Photograph and Signature, Scanned copy of Category Certificate, Scanned copy of PwD certificate, and Details of Educational Qualification.

Step 1: Registration

Go to the JEE Main NTA official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Fill out the online application form and note the application number generated by the system.

After providing the necessary information, candidates will be asked to choose a security question and answer and create a password.

The Application Number will be generated once the personal details are completed successfully. Applying for both JEE Main 2023 sessions will require an application number. Candidates can use their application number and password to continue logging in.

Step 2: Filling Out the Application Form

The Candidate Can Log In Using The System-Generated Application Number and Password Created For Filling Out The Form. Details Like Personal Details, Papers, Cities, Qualification, and Uploading the Documents.

As this will result in the rejection of the application form, candidates should check to see that the uploaded photograph and signature are not blurry. Unfortunately, there will not be a facility for modifying the form.

Step 3 Payment of the Application Fees

Candidates must pay the Application Fees. Any online payment options—Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm—can be used to pay the application fees. A confirmation page will only be generated after the application fees have been paid successfully.
