JEE Main 2021: April Session Examination Schedule Announced; Registration will begin Soon . National Testing Agency has announced the exam date for JEE Main 2021 April Session. According to the schedule, the entrance examination will be held between 27th April to 31st April 2021 in two shifts. At the same time, application forms will be releasing soon by NTA on its official website. Applicants who seek to appear for JEE Main third attempt can fill up the application form in online mode by visiting the official web portal (@ jeemain.nta.nic.in.), required to upload the documents, and must make the payment of the application fees which cost INR 650. This year, the JEE Main 2021 entrance exam will be conducted four times.NTA has successfully conducted JEE Main February and March Sessions

JEE Main 2021 April session exam is being held only for Paper 1. Thus candidates who are seeking to secure admission to the B Tech can appear for the April session. Simultaneously, candidates who wish to appear for B Arch & B Plan (Paper 2) must wait for the JEE Main 2021 May session. Candidates who appeared for both the sessions but couldn't perform well are also eligible to apply for the April session. Those candidates who have not attempted JEE Main Phase 1 & Phase 2 (February and March Sessions) must register based on the board exam marks.

This year, NTA has been introduced some significant changes in JEE Main 2021 Pattern. As per the revised examination pattern, the exam paper comprises 90 questions, and candidates must solve 75 questions. It consists of 30 optional questions, in that candidates are required to attempt 15 questions. There will be no negative marking scheme, and to be noted, there is will be no changes in the JEE Main 2021 Syllabus.

Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Union Education Minister has announced the revised eligibility criteria for JEE Main 2021 B Arch (Paper-2). According to the source, the minimum eligibility requirement of 50% aggregate marks in PCM has been waived off. The minimum75% aggregate mark in 12th for JEE Main 2021 B Tech/BE (Paper -1) has been scrapped this year. Now, to get eligible for admissions, candidates only required to pass in 12th board examination (PCM Subjects)

Previously, NTA successfully conducted JEE Main 2021 March session between 16th to 18th March, and the results for the March session will be declared soon by the last week of March 2021 or the 1st week of April. NTA has activated the JEE Main Objection Window to allow the aspirants for challenging answer keys. Aspirants who wish to raise the preliminary answer key objections can do it within a given deadline and must pay INR 200 per question.

How to register for JEE Main 2021 April Session

Step 1: At first, Visit JEE Main Official Web Portal (@ jeemain.nta.nic.in), then click on the link "Apply for JEE Main."

Step 2: Enter the personal details, thereafter the application number will be created, and it shall be utilized for completing other steps of the application procedure.

Step 3: Then, proceed to fill the registration form by entering the necessary details and must choose the password & security question. The candidates should note down their future references.

Step 4: In the next step, to fill the application form, candidates must log in by using the generated application number and chosen password. Enter all the online form details and then preview them before clicking on the "final submit" option.

Step 5: After filling up the online form, candidates must upload the photo and signature scanned images according to NTA's guidelines.

Step 6: Candidates must pay JEE Main 2021 Application Fees/Registration fees which cost INR 650 for General/EWS/OBC (Male candidates) and INR 325 Girls (all category) / SC / ST/ Transgender/ PWD. Candidates can pay via online mode.

Step 7: Upon successful payment, Confirmation Page will generate. Candidates are required to take the printout of it.
