COMEDK Registrations Last Date

The last date to register for COMEDK UGET 2022 has been extended to May 14.

According to the authority of the Karnataka COMED-K UGET 2022 exam, the registration dates for the exam have been extended till May 14, 2022. The interested candidates looking to join professional courses like Engineering, Medical, or Dental programs must appear for this entrance examination. The exam date for COMED-K 2022 is held on June 19, 2022. The eligibility of COMED-K 2022 is that the candidates must have passed classes 11 and 12 in science streams like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Here, the English language is also a mandatory subject. The candidates must have secured min of 45% aggregate in the qualifying examination.

Below are the steps to be followed to complete the registration process.

• The candidates must visit the COMED-K official website at comedk.org.  
• They must click on the “Apply Now” tab on the screen.
• Candidates must fill in the applications using the User ID and passwords.
• They must enter all the personal, and academic details according to the particulars of the application form.
• Next is to upload the photos and signature of the candidate in a scanned format.
• Last, the candidate must pay the application fees of COMED-K of INR 1800 for general category candidates.
• If there are any changes to be made in the application form, the correction window for COMED-K 2022 is open from May 17 to 19, 2022. After the final submission, the candidates must keep a copy of the application form and fees receipt for future references.

According to the COMED-K exam pattern, the exam mode is held in the CBT method. The exam paper includes a total of three sections i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. COMED-K has a total of 180 questions. Each question carries one mark i.e. a total of 180 marks. The total exam duration is for three hours. According to the marking scheme of COMED-K 2022, there is no negative marking for any wrong answer.

Learning tip: For the preparation for the exam, the candidates must strategize the syllabus, look for the model papers and also take up mock tests to get better results.  

The exam is held in more than 150+ cities across the country. There are more than 190 B-Tech colleges in Karnataka that accepts COMED-K scores with approximately 400+ exam centres. Annually there are up to 2000 seats available for engineering programs in Karnataka. After the exams are concluded, the COMED-K 2022 results will be out as per the notification given by the exam authority. Later the eligible candidates will be called for the COMED-K Counselling process which is conducted online.
