To apply for B-Tech admissions at VIIT, applicants must have passed board exams with min of 50% marks followed by valid AP EAPCET scores.

B-Tech is a 4-year program offered for students who have completed board exams in 10+2 in the science stream with a minimum of 50% marks. The final selections will depend on AP EAMCET cut-off scores. The applications can be submitted online.
