DIET offers a B.Tech program at the Undergraduate level in four different types of specializations.

• The minimum eligibility criterion to apply for admission in B.Tech at DIET is to have scored 45% marks in aggregate in 10+2 with PCM and English as compulsory subjects.
• The selection of the aspirants in the B.Tech program at DIET is based on AP EAMCET and personal interviews.

DIET offers an MBA program MCA program, and an M.Tech program under its Postgraduate Programme.

• The criterion to take admission in the postgraduate courses at DIET is to have obtained a bachelor's degree in relevant subjects with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate.
• For the MCA program at DIET, the aspirant must have Mathematics as a compulsory subject at graduation or a 10+2 level of qualification.
• The selection of the aspirants in the MBA and the MCA program at DIET is based on the score of APICET while for the M.Tech program at DIET, the aspirants must qualify GATE or AP PGECET.
