Andhra University is said to be the ancient institute in the country for offering higher education as a residential and affiliating cum teaching India's university. There are 313 programs in many disciplines like Law, Science, Technology, Arts, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Education.
Andhra University admissions will start in April month for UG courses, and PG admissions will start from March onwards. Andhra University distance education is also offered for students who can’t attain normal full-time courses.
AUCET is the admissions test conducted by Andhra University for PG courses. AUEET is the admission test conducted for B.Tech + M.Tech integrated courses and B.Tech. APICET admissions test is conducted for MBA and MCA programs, AP LAWCET, and AURCET for LAW programs and Research programs. Andhra University has reserved 85% seats for local students of the state as per the government rules and 33% reserved for women students.

Andhra University Admission Process: BFA/BPA/B.Arch./B.Ed./LLB
Andhra University provides LLB in the law stream, B.Ed. In Education stream, B.Arch in Architecture and BFA and BPA in Performance & Fine Arts. Andhra University admission to these courses will apply to the students' merit and performance in their entrance exam.
BFA and BPA Admissions to Andhra University will be made based on the AUCET score and their university-level entrance test for B.Ed. NATA entrance exam is mandatory for B.Arch admissions in Andhra University and AP-LAWCET for LLB.
B.Tech + M.Tech Admissions to Andhra University will be made based on the AUEET entrance exam and the students' aggregate in the qualifying exam.

Andhra University Admission Process: M.Phil and Ph.D.
Andhra University also offers doctoral courses such as M.Phil and Ph.D. Andhra University expects candidates to have completed a Post-Graduation degree in the required stream with at least 55% aggregate. Andhra University also facilities part-time M.Phil and Ph.D. Andhra University Admissions to Ph.D. and M.Phil is based on the university's AURCET test.
After my 2nd PUC I appeared for AUCET because I wanted to do my graduation from Andhra University. Admission into graduation courses are made on the basis of score in entrance examinations, valid score as per the cut off marks is expected. Minimum eligibility for admission into graduation courses as well as to appear for entrance exam is that, candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks with PCM as the compulsory subject from a recognised board. Fees structure is very feasible if the admission is through entrance exam, I completed B.Tech in chemical engineering with the total expenditure of 40,000.
