Vidya Vikas College of Engineering & Technology also known as VVCET, Namakkal which was formed in the year 1997 situated in Tamil Nadu. The College is affiliated to Anna University, NAAC ‘A’ Accredited and approved under AICTE. The VVCET was established under Vidya Vikas Educational Trust & Charitable trust with the intention to impart high standards of technical education for aspirants and develop the aspirants as competitive professional engineers and technocrats by equipping ethical skills and managerial skills. The Major objective of the institute is empower the candidates to face the universal challenges in life potentially and to train them to become successful in career  

• VVCET offers Under Graduate Course in BE/B Tech and Post Graduate Course in ME/M Tech, MBA and MCA in diverse specializations
• VVCET admissions for BE/B Tech will be based on TNEA Counseling and Candidates must have qualified in 10+2 Exams and admissions for PG Course will be based on TANCET Valid Score and candidates should be graduated in relevant bachelor’s degree
• VVCET fees structure for MBA is INR 82,000 for two years of duration, fees for BE/B Tech is INR 2.20 Lakhs for four years, fees for ME/M Tech is INR 1.20 Lakhs for two years and fees structure for MCA is INR 1.23 Lakhs for three years
• VVCET Placement & Training Department plays a prominent role in candidate’s future and it is essential pillar of college. Department assist the candidates to enhance their academic & career benefits through suitable counseling & group discussion and also conducts industry relevant activities to enable the career planning procedure. More Than 200 Students got placed in reputed companies in the academic year of 2015-2016

VVCET offers scholarship facility for the candidates who belongs to SC/ST/BC/BCM/DNC/MBC Category and Merit Scholarship for the candidates who have secure excellent marks in academic examination, Central Sector Scheme Scholarship and Indian Oil Academic Student Scholarship
