Bharathiyar Institute of Engineering was established exclusively for women in the year 2008 under the aegis of Sri Sakthi Educational Trust. This Institute is been affiliated to Anna University and is got the approval from AICTE, New Delhi. The aim of the college is to impart extra high quality technical education to women and empower them with high competence so that even women can contribute to the development of the country as well as nation.
