AVS College of Technology (AVSCT) was founded in 2013 under the age of AVS Education Trust to enhance technical education in Tamil Nadu. The college’s location is such that it provides a soothing environment for the minds of budding technocrats, and it also helps them enhance their thinking capability.AVSCT is approved by the AICTE and is affiliated with Anna University (AU), Chennai. At the UG level, AVS College offers admission to BE/B Tech and ME/M Tech at the PG level.

AVS College of Technology (AVSCT) B.E/B. Tech Admission

  • B.E/ B. TECH program admission at AVSCT will be offered based on the candidate’s TNEA valid rank.
  • TNEA proclaims the merit list based on 10+12 percentage and then follows Anna University’s counselling procedures, one gets admission.
  • Thus, students have to register online for the TNEA counselling. Then, Anna University admission authority will allot TNEA rank for registered candidates.
  • Most importantly, Student’s TNEA rank must be equivalent to the cut off norms defined by the college.

The M.E/ M. Tech degree at AVSCT is offered in two domains. First, the annual intake of students for this postgraduate (PG) course is 36, including both branches.

  • B Tech graduates who have secured more than 50% marks can apply for admission at AVSCT in M.E/ M. Tech program.
  • Along with this, students must qualify in a state-level entrance exam that is TANCET.
  • Therefore, aspiring candidates are advised to register themselves for the entrance exam of TANCET and score well as identical to the TANCET cut off norms.
