SSGI Placement and training Cell coordinates all placement and training events/activities. Campus Drive, job training, and interviews begin in January and continue throughout the year, ends with the Mega Job Fair at the year-end. The cell's main objective is to achieve 100% employment for every student. It organizes on-campus interviews for all final and pre-final year students, in addition to improving communication skills, group discussions, modeling skills tests, mock interviews, personality development program, training in interviewing skills, the practical internship and the Campus Joint Recruitment Program, Value-added courses for the primary and circuit branches and the Professional orientation program for all previous year students. The activities have proven to be extremely useful in shaping students' careers. The Staff of the Cell helps to do internships together and mold the students according to different industries' requirements. The training and placement cell guarantees that the visiting company employees receive the best care and hospitality. Various training programs are arranged in the institute such as Pick & speak, GD, Aptitude test, Reasoning tests, Brainstorming, mock interviews, and many more to build confidence in every student to give their best in the interview and achieve their future goal.
