Adesh University offers an Undergraduate and Postgraduate program in MBBS, MD, B.E/B. Tech, M.E/M. Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, and MBA courses for the students who clear NEET, NEET-PG written tests, and Interviews conducted by the University. The net tuition fee for Adesh University's MBBS program is INR 15.35 Lakhs for the 1st year; INR 13.54 Lakhs for the 2nd year; INR 14. In the third year, 85 lakhs, in the 4th year, INR 16.29 lakhs, and in the final year, INR 8.71 lakhs. The cumulative expenditure of the course would therefore be INR 68.74 Lakhs. The total fee structure of Adesh University, B. Sc is INR 2.03 Lakhs, which can be charged in installments of INR 73,000 in the 1st year and INR 65,000 as tuition & registration fee for the rest of the two years.

Adesh University Hostel provides 144 rooms for boys and 244 separate rooms for girls. Hostel rooms have closets, individual study rooms with computer and internet access, comfortable beds, toilets, and toilet facilities. Within the Bathinda campus, the Adesh medical college hostels are located. Based on sharing, AIMSR hostel rooms are available. One room in a hostel can accommodate three guests. There are 144 rooms for boys, and the remaining 244 are separately available for girls. The hostel is capable of accommodating almost 600 students. As per the administration, all students must follow the college hostel's rules.
