Admissions at Lovely Professional University

Lovely Professional University admissions are offered to students mainly based on their eligibility and selection regulations. The LPU eligibility criteria for UG students are to have completed their 10+2 board exams with a minimum aggregate of 50% in any recognized board. In the case of PG courses, the candidates must have completed their graduation in any stream without any backlogs and appropriate CGPA 6 or 7. The LPU selection criteria are mainly based on the University entrance exam called LPUNEST. The final selection of candidates is based on the evaluation of the LPUNEST cut-off, followed by GD and PI rounds conducted by the University. UGC-DCL approves the distance courses of the University. LPU distance education course admissions are also based on eligibility criteria similar to full-time courses.

Hostel facility at Lovely Professional University

The hostel facility at LPU is offered for students choosing to stay and looking for accommodation. The hostel facility is given in two types, i.e., standard rooms and apartments. This facility is applicable to both boys and girls. The facilities offered in the LPU standard rooms are Iron Beds, Study Tables, Plastic chairs, Cupboards, Water facilities, and A/C or Air coolers according to the requirements of the candidates. The room is sharable between 4 people max. The facilities offered in Apartment accommodation are A/C, Study table, 24/7 Water facility, Electricity, etc. The Apartment room is also sharable between 4 persons maximum. The LPU hostel fees range between 30 K and 1.55 Lakhs per annum.
