Noble Christian Educational Religious Trust started the Roorkee College of Management and Computer Applications (RCM) in 2008. The mission is to provide global, innovative, and vibrant education and transform the students into leaders as per international standards for the country's development. The vision is to provide the students with an environment that helps utilize their potential for the improvement of society.

The institute offers management courses like MBA with specializations like international business, human resource management, marketing, and finance.
The aim is to become a famous center for providing education in International Business, Information Technology, and Management.
