Rabindra Bharati University Courses and Fees

The University offers UG, PG and doctoral-level courses. At the undergraduate level, Rabindra Bharati University provides full-time BA (Hons), B.Lib.I.Sc., and BFA programmes. The BA (Hons) programme lasts three years, and the B.Lib.I.Sc programme lasts one year, and the BFA programme lasts four years. Rabindra Bharati University Course Admissions

The University offers multi-disciplinary courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels in different fields of study. Its faculty members are well-qualified and experienced in their respective fields. Additionally, it offers range of distance courses.

Students can get the application from the University's online admission management system. A candidate's qualifying examination results determine whether they will be admitted. On payment of the application fee via SBI. Collect (Credit/Debit Card) or Challan, students can submit an online application for any of the courses provided by RBU.

• Students willing to apply for Rabindra Bharati University B.Ed Admission must have earned a graduation/master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum grade point average of 50% (45% for reserved categories). Those with a B.E./B. A tech pass and a cumulative GPA of 55% are also eligible to apply.
• Students seeking admission to the BA in Rabindra Bharati University shall have passed 10+2 with minimum qualifying marks.
• The qualifying examination results serve as the basis for Rabindra Bharati University UG admission. In addition, RBU publishes interim merit lists broken down by course for the shortlisted candidates.
• The admission test results are used to determine eligibility for admission to the MA in Human Rights and Mass Communication programmes.
• Eligibility: Graduate student with honours in any field from a UGC-recognized institution with exceptional aptitude in the relevant field.

Rabindra Bharati University Results

Exams for the MA I and II semesters are given in two sessions, from October through November and from December through January, respectively. Results for the I and II semesters are released in January through February and March through April on the official RBUDDE portal. On the RBU's official website, applicants can access online admission forms and merit lists.

Rabindra Bharati University Application Process

• Create a User ID by visiting RBU's official website.
• Fill out the application's questions about your education and experience.
• Scan and upload the passport-size photograph and signature.
• Pay Rs. 250 as  Rabindra Bharati University application fees and Rs. 150 in additional bank fees to SBI using a credit or debit card.
• The SBI. Challan, accessible on the official website, can also be used to pay the application fees.
• Click Save and Submit, then print the duly completed application form.

Rabindra Bharati University Infrastructure & Facilities

Students have access to a variety of facilities throughout the campus, including classrooms and laboratories. The University also provides extracurricular activities to help students develop skills and prepare for a career. They also organize health workshops and arrange financial relief for students who face unforeseen circumstances.

• Library - There are three libraries in the library system of Rabindra Bharati University: the Central Library, the Sangeet Bhavan Library, and departmental libraries associated with academic units.
• Health care centre - On February 17, 2000, a medical unit was established at the Emerald Bower Campus to provide students, teachers, and non-teaching personnel with high-quality medical care.
• NSS - Students that volunteer for the NSS camp programme actively participate in numerous activities like planting trees, cleaning up the university campus, and anti-pollution initiatives. Also, they participate in the Sarba-Siksha Abhijan mass literacy programme among the underprivileged residents of nearby communities. Another area of NSS performance is the awakening of the health and social awareness campaign.
• Hostel -  There are five student residences at the University, two for boys (one for SC/ST boys), and three for girls. The building of a new boys' hostel is currently underway. The boy's hostel can handle 145 students, while the girl's hostel can take 50. The University does not, however, ensure hostel accommodations for all distant students.

Rabindra Bharati University fees of the hostel are Rs. 12000 per year.
