The application process for PAL College of Technology and Management admissions is possible in offline and online modes, according to the applicant's comfort. For BCA admissions, students must have at least 45% passing marks in their 10+2, especially in mathematics, as it is the core subject for BCA admissions.

The college is a private college where admission to PAL College of Technology and Management, Nainital will be done through merit basis as well management quota based.

There is no D.Pharm program available although there is diploma program available but in different specialisations. For aspirants to take Diploma admission in PAL College of Technology and Management, Nainital there are Food Production, Front Office Management, and Restaurant Service Management disciplines offered at Diploma level.
