Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Foundation understood the need for medicinal facilities and promoted a medical college called Padmashree. Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Foundations Medical College was established at Valid Ghat in Ahmednagar. It was started in the year 2004 with an insight to deliver the best medical education. This medical college has attained an outstanding achievement over the years in academics and health care from the root level.

• Vikhe Patil Medical College has courses in medicines such as MBBS as an undergraduate course with an annual intake capacity of 150 students.
