Admission Criteria:

  • For MBA the candidate requires a Bachelor’s degree with 50% score from a recognized university.
  • For obtaining a M.Sc. from the university the candidate should have graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • MCA requires 10+2 years of education and a graduate degree or equivalent with knowledge in computer applications with 45% score.
  • B.Sc. and BCA require 10+2 years or equivalent education with 60% score with computer science knowledge.

Fees structure:

  • The fee for MBA for the entire 2-4 years duration is INR 25000 per semester, for M.Sc. the fees is INR 25000 per semester for a period of 2-6 years and for MCA the fee is INR 35000 per semester for 3-6 years.
  • For obtaining a B.Sc. the fee for 3-6 years duration is INR 17000 per semester and for BCA is INR 15000 per semester for 3-6 years. 
  • System (OEBS) the student will be able to book his/her exam date, time and exam centre of his/her choice from the available options.After the successful booking of the exam schedule on OEBS a student will be able to generate a Tamper proof admit card containing all the relevant data of Examination.Student will have to carry the two copies of hall ticket to the examination centre with his recent passport size photograph pasted on it.
  • Candidate should bring their photo ID proof (Original), Application Fee Proof at the time of MGU-GET. Without Photo ID proof (Original) and Application Fee Proof, candidate will not be eligible to sit in MGU-GET.
  • At the exam centre, the proof will check Student’s Hall ticket and will retain one copy which will be submitted to Mahatma Gandhi University for Verification/ validation of the students during the time of personal interview.

SDE does not offer an MBA program as an inclusion in their academic program. Instead, the available programs are B.Com, B.Sc., B.A, M.Com, M.A, and M.Sc.  

How to take distance B.Com admission in SDE?

If the candidate has passed in 10+2, they are eligible to apply for the distance B.Com course. Based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination merit list is prepared through which B.Com admission in MGU can be gained. During the final selection process, The Kerala Government reservation rules are followed.

For admission to the Distance MBA in MGU Chennai, students must hold a recognized UG degree with 50% marks. The fees structure for Distance MBA cost around INR 25k per sem.
