J.P. College of Engineering is a Private University which was started in the year 2008 located in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. The College is approved under AICTE and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The vision of the institute is to recognize as Centre of Superiority in training, teaching and Innovative research activities and also to enable the rural youngsters with practical knowledge and specialized ability thereby transferring the aspirants as universally competitive & self-disciplined technocrats and also to implement technical & soft skills among candidates through student-centric teaching process.

• J.P. College of Engineering offers bachelor’s degree BE/B Tech in Civil, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Computer Science and Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• JPCE admissions for BE/B Tech will be based on the candidates aggregate marks acquired in 10+2 Examination and selection process of the candidates will be based on TNEA Counseling and Candidates must have qualified in 10+2 Examination with minimum aggregate marks.
• JPCE fees structure for BE/B Tech is INR 1.50 Lakhs for the duration of four years and total intake is 60 students for each specialization
• JPCE has an aim to make the candidates employable through appropriate training and also to generate the opportunities to explore their knowledge & skills in challenging atmosphere.
• JPCE Placement & Training Committee organizes several activities such as In-Plant training, Industrial visits, Seminars, Guest lecture, Skill enhancement sessions, Mock interviews and also imparts training based on soft skills to increase the employability skills among candidates. In the academic year of 2017 more than 148 Candidates got placed in reputed companies.
