JP College of Engineering BE/B Tech  Admission

• JP College of Engineering BE course has five streams - Civil Engineering, Computer Science And Engineering, Electrical And Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. 
• The college offers 60 seats annually for the Civil, Electrical & Electronics, and Computer Science branch while 120 seats for the Mechanical and Electronics & Communications branch.
• The general candidates need to pass 10+2 level scoring more than 50% marks(40% for SC/ST and 45% for religious minorities ) with Physics, Chemistry, Maths as the three main subjects
• Additionally, the candidate needs to appear for TNEA Counselling. At first, candidates are required to register for TNEA based on their aggregate marks.

JP College of Engineering ME/M Tech Admission

• JP College of Engineering ME/M Tech course has two streams. They include VLSI Engineering and Network Engineering.
• The candidate seeking admission in ME/M Tech course must have completed BE/B. Tech degree with more than 55% marks (50% for religious minorities and 45% for SC/ST) from a recognized university. Selection criteria for M Tech at JP College depend on the TANCET score.

JP College of Engineering Application Process
JP College of Engineering Application process should be followed in the given manner:

• For B. Tech and BE courses application, the candidate needs to register for TNEA counselling online. Through this counselling, the seat allocation for colleges takes place considering the TNEA merit rank of the candidates. The candidates need to pay INR 500 for registration which is done online.
• To apply for the ME/M Tech course, the candidates have to apply for the TANCET exam. They have to visit Anna University website to register for TANCET.
• After completing the registration process, the applicants must fill in the personal details and academic qualification details.
