DIT University was brought to existence as a private university in the year 1998, and the School of Architecture is a unit department of DIT. This university also got a status of being a state university under private ownership in 2013 and has also got approved by UGC. School of Architecture-DIT University rankings and ratings have been given by NIRF 2020 and have been among India's top technological universities. This university is approved by the Council of Architecture and is associated with the Association of Indian Universities.

  • Under the School of Architecture, this university offers a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), a five-year duration program. The total intake capacity of the B.Arch course as per the norms will be 120 seats annually, and seats will be strictly provided based on the counseling conducted on NATA scores.
  •  Applicants seeking for B.Arch admission must apply online by paying Rs. 1250 as application fee online.
  • DIT- School of Architecture admissions of the B.Arch course will be made entrance exam based. All the candidates wanting a seat in this college must compulsorily have a valid score in the NATA entrance exam and apply for national-level counseling.
  • The DIT University School of Architecture's placement cell works at its fullest efficiency for delivering personality development programs, skills development programs, and creating job opportunities for students. Every year almost 90% of the students get placed in leading companies according to the capabilities and qualification.
  • DIT University School of Architecture fee structure paid by candidates during the admission will be Rs. 2.30 Lac and complete fee would be Rs. 11.5 Lac. Students must pay the same Rs. 2.3 lac every year as their annual fee paid and examination fee must be paid separately every semester.

Placements

  • The training and the placement cell are always noticeable in the college. They help their students to reach their avenues. The students have been placed with all attractive packages.
  • Using the academic and leading industry experts, they create programs focused on grooming the students for career achievements.
  • The placement cell consists of a training & development manager, a training and placement officer, and a student counselor to place the students in a leading company with attractive packages.
  • The companies which visit the college are Hindustan steelworks construction limited, ERA Group, Simplex Infrastructure Ltd, L&T construction, and many more companies.

Scholarship

The university will encourage students who are merit and scholarly aptitude. The types of scholarship programs are:

  • Shri Naveen Agarwal Ji scholarship for girl students
  • Scholarship for wards of defense person

Infrastructure

  • The college is consists of a fully air-conditioned auditorium, a cafeteria, and a canteen on the campus with a café coffee day.
  • The college and the hostel are very secured. The college has a gym, open-air amphitheater, and the college also encourages sports.

The hostel facility is triple sharing rooms provided for the students. The food served in the mess hostel is very hygienic and delicious. The rooms are well furnished, and there is always a medical facility. The hostels are Wi-Fi enabled.
