College of Agribusiness Management

G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology started the College of Agribusiness Management (CABM) in 1996. The aim is to provide quality education to the students in the business and management field. The college's mission is to provide motivated, well-trained, qualified, and committed managers with managerial and problem-solving skills to achieve excellence for the country's economic development.

• The courses offered in the college are postgraduate courses like MBA in general management and agribusiness and doctoral courses like Ph.D. in the management field.
• The admissions for MBA course offered in the college is based on the rank scored in CMAT, CAT and ATMA exams conducted yearly. 
• The college has facilities like sports, medical, classrooms, computer labs, hostel, Wi-Fi campus, auditorium, and library to cater to the basic needs of students and staff.

The hostel has single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with required amenities and a canteen providing tasty and hygienic food at an affordable INR 56.84k per annum. The entire campus has high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity with access to education portals to help the students study well. The college has a well-stocked library with journals from the respective field to improve research opportunities for the country's economic development.

Placement:

Summer recruitment and internship opportunities are provided to the students for 6 weeks duration with a good stipend. Pre-placement offer is provided to the summer trainees based on performance in their projects. The highest salary offered to the students is INR 9.5 LPA, the average is INR 6.15 LPA, and the lowest is INR 4.5 LPA based on the performance in interviews.
