BIS College of Engineering and Technology was brought into existence in the year 2008 under the sponsorship of Baba Isher Singh Educational Society in Moga a city in Punjab state. The institute focuses on the all-round development of the individual along with providing academic excellence in the field of engineering and technology.

Placement:

The corporate resource center of the college provides the students with training for industrial requirements, skill development and in house training to make them corporate ready. The cell has links with reputed organizations and provides the students with on campus and off campus drives, campus placements and job fairs. The students are provided with regular industrial visits and are made to attend guest lectures by experts in industries to know the current trend and use of modern technology. The CRC conducts personality development programs like interview preparation, mock aptitude test, group discussion and mock interviews. SRL Limited, ICICI Prudential, Vodafone India Ltd., Cadbury India Ltd., Fortis Hospital, SUN Pharma, Cipla, Ranbaxy Labs, HDFC Bank, Haryana Leather Chemical Ltd. are some of the companies hiring meritorious students. The highest package offered to the students is INR 3 LPA and the average package is INR 1.08 LPA.

Hostel:

The hostel facility has well-furnished and air conditioned rooms with attached washrooms having required lighting and ventilation facility. The hostel has high speed internet and Wi-Fi connectivity and 24 hours power supply to help the students excel in academics. Sports facilities are encouraged like indoor and outdoor games like hockey, lawn tennis, cricket, volleyball, football, basketball, badminton and table tennis within the campus.
