Arni University established the Arni School of Art and Humanities in the year 2009, and it is located in the state of Himachal Pradesh. It is a private university that has been approved by the UGC and Recognized by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. This university offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses under the Arts and Humanities discipline under the Arni School of Arts and Humanities.

  • This School of Arts and Humanities offers a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) course as an undergraduate level program and a Master of Arts (M. Ae postgraduate level program. The B.A course is three years full-time program, and the M.A is a two years full-time course.
  • The Bachelor of Arts course offered by this school teaches various topics and concepts in the art discipline. This course has a total intake capacity of 15 seats, and the basic eligibility for this course will be an intermediate-level examination.
  • The Master of Arts is a two-year PG course offered in several specializations such as English and Economics. This course also has a total intake capacity of 15 seats each year as per the state government and university norms.
  • Arni School of Arts and Humanities admission to the B. A course is conducted based on the merit of the candidates. Applicants will be screened looking at their application form and the minimum qualification of the candidates.
  • Applicants are applying for the B. A course must have passed in 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate as basic eligibility. One must visit the official website of the Arni University and apply online for the desired course, or students can even download the application form and apply.
  • Arni School of Arts and Humanities B.A fee structure which students will have to pay Rs. 20,000 per annum and total fee would cost up to Rs. 60,000 completely.

  • The placement cell or career guidance cell is the most vibrant department of the college as it is having good records of placing the students. They arrange the official visits of the companies for the recruitment.
  • The college provides industrial visits to the students to have exposure to the industrial needs and requirements of an individual.
  • The companies that will visit the college are Allianz, Luminous, ITC Ltd.., IFFCO-TOKIO insurance, MBD Maryland, MDH, Honda, ICICI Bank, Cipla, HCL, Tommy Hilfiger, Dabur, and many more companies.

Scholarships

The college gives the scholarships: the Meritious Scholarship scheme, Category Scholarship, Scholarship for the complete duration of the student pursuing, Shri Murli Dhar Kanda scholarship scheme, and the post-matric scholarship scheme for the SC/ST students. 

Infrastructure

  • The college's infrastructure is excellent. It gives the relevance of the old school, the facilities like transport, playground for the sports, cricket academy in campus to improve in the particular field.
  • There is an affordable cafeteria, and the taste is also good, banking facility, health care facility for 24*7, Gym, library, and the women’s cell.

The hostel facility is there for both girls and boys with comfort and modern facilities. the rooms are double and triple based sharing it can fit almost all 900students, and the food provided at the mess is excellent and tasty, and also hygienic
