The full-time 3 years long BA program at Kerala University is open to all those students who secure more than 45% aggregate marks (for the general category) in their HSC exams. Similar to other UG programs, applicants from the reserved categories will be admitted with a 5% less marks criteria.
Final admissions will be granted depending on previous qualifying exams only. However, candidates are required to appear for Kerala University Counselling CAP. Candidates whose names are on the merit list with high scores can get the seat via Kerala University admission's first allotment.

Kerala University also offers admission to its full-time 2-year M. Tech program based on applicants' performances in the Kerala University exam. However, those who have taken the GATE will be exempted from taking the internal exam.
However, students must also pass their B Tech degree exams with at least 55% marks (50% marks for students from reserved categories) and apply before the Kerala University admission last date, as no forms will be accepted after that. Kerala University provides a full-time, 2-year-long MBA program, considered among the most famous courses in the PG category. Interested applicants must pass their UG degree exams with at least 50% average marks (for the general category), followed by entrance exams such as CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ MAT.
As per the information mentioned in the Kerala University B. Ed admission prospectus, students will be admitted to the program based on their merit from their UG exams. These exams must have been taken by a UGC-approved university only.
However, only those applicants who secured more than 50% aggregate marks (for the general category) in their previous qualifying examination will be eligible to apply. A better performance at the class 10+2 level will also benefit the candidate's application.
Lastly, a 5% mark relaxation will be awarded to candidates from the reserved categories, especially from SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD. Although candidates from all the streams are accepted for admission, the University mainly prefers students with valid UG degrees like BA and B. Sc. The M. Sc admission is based on the applicant's performance in the University's official entrance exam, followed by PI. Kerala University also conducts its entrance exam to take students for the sought-after MBA program. This exam is KU CAT, i.e. KU CAT. The Kerala University Exam fee is Rs. 500 for everyone.
To be eligible for this exam, students must have completed their 10+2+3 degree with at least 50% aggregate marks or 10+2+4 degree with more than 55% or min marks from a UGC-approved university.
As per the Kerala University Entrance Exam Pattern, it is a computer-based test that will be organized only at some designated centres. Therefore, students can register for this course only via the online portal.
The Kerala University admit card, which must be brought to the exam centre for entry, will be released by the end of July.
