ABIT Group of Institutions operates Industrial Training Institute, MBA Institute, Engineering college, and Architecture College in Cuttack in 1993. The institute aims to produce human resources with the technical knowledge required for the industries for the social and economic development of the country. The institutions offer B.Tech courses in mechanical, electronics and telecommunication, electrical and electronics, electrical engineering, computer science and civil engineering, B.Arch., M.Arch, M.Tech, MBA, and MCA.

IGNITRON is the tech fest, a multi-institute event conducted in the college every year to encourage students in extra activities.
