Lovely Professional University Courses

Lovely Professional University provides a variety of UG programs such as B Tech, B.Des., B.Sc., B.Pharm., LL.B., Hotel Management, BCA and B.P.T., B.Com., BBA and B.Pharm., as well as several Integrated and Dual-Degree courses. 6 specialization subjects are available for the B.Design and B.Sc. Design programs. Regular B.Sc. (Pass) courses have 16 different specialization subjects, whereas the B.Sc. (Honours) course has 13 different specialization subjects. The final merit list is generated based on the student's academic scores and performance in the entrance test.

Students who intend to pursue admission to the B.Tech program at LPU must meet the following LPU B.Tech eligibility criteria:

• Students must have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 60% marks. To be eligible for the B.Tech admission process in LPU, students must have studied either PCM, PCB, or PCMB in Class 12.
• The selection of the candidates is based on LPU NEST Scores. Therefore B Tech admission seekers have to undertake the University based entrance test.
• Students having a JEE Main or Class 12th score of greater than 90% are eligible for direct admission at LPU.

Lovely Professional University MBA Selection Criteria

• For LPU MBA Admission, students must have earned a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least a 55 per cent grade point average.
• Chartered Accountancy (CA)  from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India are also able to get admission.
• Students of Kashmiri Migrants or Defense Personnel and their Dependents or North-East states and Sikkim applicants will have 5% relaxation in aggregate score.
• According to Sports Scholarship, outstanding athletes (A or A+ category) will receive a 10% discount.

Lovely Professional University Application Process.

LPU's application process is entirely online. Students must finish the LPU application process by following the stages outlined below:

1. Step 1: Register
   • Enrol on LPU's official admission platform, LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in), using basic information such as name, email, mobile number, state, gender, and password.
   • The email address entered during registration will serve as the portal's login, and the student must enter the password at the time of registration.
   • Log in to the LPUADMIT using a previously generated account and password.

• Step 2: Make an application for admission

Students may continue with their studies and then apply for the LPUNEST for scholarship purposes

• Complete the application form.
• Choose the program from the list of available courses.
• Make the first payment of Rs. 10,000. (which consists of an LPUNEST application fee of Rs 500, the rest is a part of the programme fee of the 1st semester. Following payment, the University will send the prospectus to the corresponding address provided in the application form. A unique provisional registration number will be generated and emailed to the registered email address.
• Upload the necessary documentation. All submitted documents are checked from the originals within the timeframes specified during admission.
• Deposit the balance charge within the timeframes set by LPU.

• Step 3: Submit an application for LPUNEST
  • Lovely Professional University holds an online eligibility or scholarship test, LPUNEST, on which students can apply for various scholarships.
  • The application form and soft copy of the LPUNEST Kit cost Rs. 800 (for boys) and Rs. 500 (for girls) and fill out the LPUNEST application form.

• Step 4: LPU NEST Slot booking process
  • Students must now reserve a time slot (with their preferred day and time) to take the LPUNEST.
