The Jaypee University of Information Technology, most commonly known as JUIT, is a private university of India. The University is located in the Waknaghat region of Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The University is run and managed by the Jaypee Group. It has received approvals from AICTE and UGC. In addition, NBA as well NAAC accredits Jaypee University with B+ Grade. The JUIT was established in July 2002. At the start, the institution was only offering B.Tech courses. Later on, the institute added various degree programs conducted under multiple streams.
