The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun its registration process for CMAT 2021 via online mode. Along with the CMAT application form, NTA has stated few changes with regard to CMAT 2021 examination. In the view of COVID-19, the number of examination centers has also been increased. In 2021 CMAT will be held in two days and two shift, as per previous year CMAT was conducted in single-shift only.

CMAT 2021 application fee for male candidates has increased from INR 1600 to INR 2000/-. For the reserved category (SC/ ST/ PwD/ female candidates, the application fee has been increased from INR 700 to INR 1000/-. For SC/ ST/ PwD/ Male candidates the application fee increased from INR 800 to INR 1000/-. For transgender candidates, CMAT application fee has increased from INR 700 to INR 1000/-

NTA has increased the total number of CMAT exam centers from 104 to 153. From now, all the courses covered by the UPSEE entrance exam which was conducted by AKTU, will now be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for 2021 onwards. For the upcoming academic year of 2021, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), will consider CMAT rank card to offer admission into MBA program and in its affiliated college across the state.

NTA organizes CMAT 2021 on multiple dates with two sessions per day and the applied candidates will be given different sets of CMAT questions per session and it is quite possible that despite of all efforts of maintaining equivalence among various question papers, the difficulty level in different sessions may not be exactly the same. The candidates who take up comparatively tougher examination are likely to get lower marks. In order to avoid such situation, normalizing the process based on marks will be considered.

Advisory note regarding COVID-19 pandemic for CMAT 2021

The NTA has released certain guidelines in the view of COVID 19 pandemic. Along with CMAT 2021hall ticket, they should also download a self-declaration form from the NTA website and on the day of the examination, candidates will have to fill it and give it to the exam invigilator. Candidates can carry a simple ball pen, extra photograph, personal hand sanitizer, transparent water bottle on the day of examination.
