Registration process for AEEE 2026 CSAP counselling has been initiated by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. This is for admission into BTech courses are offered across its campus. If you meet the AEEE 2026 exam cutoff or have valid JEE Main scores, then you can participate in the Centralised Seat Allotment Process.
According to the update, the registration process for AEEE 2026 counselling started on May 14. It will remain open till May 25. The university has released the complete counselling schedule. It includes all the important dates.
If you’re looking to take admission to BTech course at the Amrita campus, then you must complete all counselling related activities. You should finish them by the deadline. The counselling process will be conducted online. You are not required to visit any campus physically.
The Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination is popularly known as AEEE. It is conducted every year by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. It provides admission into UG engineering courses. There are several campuses across India.
The CSAP is an official counselling process. With this, you will be allotted seats. The counselling process ensures that you get transparency and convenience by conducting all activities online. You must complete your registration as soon as possible.
Amrita has announced that the counselling process will be done in two rounds. It will be followed by another round. This round is for vacancies. You must carefully track all important dates. If you obtain valid ranks in AEEE 2026, then you can participate in the counselling process. Moreover, if you have good JEE Main 2026 scores, then you can also apply for it to get admission through this counselling.
Admission will be given on the basis of merit, your preferences, availability of seats and the reservation policy. The counselling allows you to fill the campus and the engineering branch. You must choose the option carefully.
To participate in the AEEE 2026 CSAP counselling process you have to pay a non-refundable counselling fee. During registration, you have to pay INR 5000. The fee payment has to be made online. There are many payments available. You can pay via net banking, UPI, debit card, or credit card. You must ensure that the payment is completed successfully. If the payment is not completed, then registration will not be considered.

Step 2: OTP Verification
After entering all the details, you will get an OTP. You need to type this OTP for verification.
Step 3: Choice Filling
You have to select your choice of campus and specialisation. You need to choose a BTech program in order of priority.
Step 4: Fee Payment for Counselling
Complete the payment of INR 5000 to submit the counselling application. After successful registration, you must carefully check the official website.
Before the official allotment, Amrita will release a trial allotment. This will be released on May 28. The trial allotment will help you in understanding the expected seat allotment on the basis of your preference and rank.
This process will give you an opportunity to modify your choice before the final allotment stage. However, the trial allotment does not guarantee final admission. You should use this opportunity wisely. Do make necessary changes so that your chances of getting a preferred branch are increased.
