Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering – VVCE was established in 1997. VCE is one of the top engineering colleges in Mysore. VCCE's affiliation is with the Visvesvaraya Technological University in Belagavi. The AICTE and the University Grants Commission (UGC) have recognized it. The NAAC has given Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering an "A" grade, and the National Board of Accreditation in New Delhi has recognized its six undergraduate programs. With nearly 3200 students, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering courses includes seven undergraduate programs, three graduate programs, and nine research centres for PhD students. The VVCE course admissions are available for B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA programs. 

The Vidyavardaka College of Engineering campus is 23 acres and includes all necessary amenities such as a library, canteen, dormitory, sports complex, gym, theatre, and well-equipped labs. M.Tech

  • A bachelor's degree in the appropriate branch from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 50% aggregate (applicable only to SC or ST candidates from Karnataka).
  • Students in their final year of study are also able to apply.

MBA

  • A graduation degree with a three-year duration must have a minimum of 50% aggregate.
  • Master's degree examination in Management, Commerce, Art, Engineering or Technology, Social Sciences, or its equivalent, administered by any recognized educational organization.
  • On a provisional basis, final-year students can also apply.

Before applying for the B-Tech program at Vidyavardhaka College, the applicants must have appeared for the COMED K UGET or KCET entrance exam and secured valid cutoff scores.
