Symbiosis Institute of International Business was founded as an independent institute in Pune in 1992. SIIB Pune is part of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). Symbiosis Institute of International Business Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for admission to Symbiosis MBA, applicants must ensure the subject-specific eligibility criteria.

For Indian Students

• Students must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% or equivalent (45% for SC/ST students).
• Final-year students are also eligible to apply, although admission will be conditional on achieving a minimum of 50% or equivalent grade in the qualifying test (45% for SC/ST students).

For NRI students

• Students must have received a qualifying grade of greater than 60% in graduation.
• They must also have passed the British Council's English Proficiency Test (IELTS).

SIIB Pune admission is provided to MBA programs in International Business, Agri-Business, and Energy and Environment. MBA-IB is the Institute's flagship program. A total of 210 seats are available for several MBA specialties, 120 seats for MBA (IB), 60 seats for MBA (AB), and 30 seats for MBA (E&E).

• As a primary step, applicants must appear for SNAP conducted by Symbiosis University.
• Applicants will be shortlisted based on their SNAP scores. Later, shortlisted ones must attend the Group Exercise, Personal Interview, and WAT.
• Those who execute well in all the selection rounds will receive an admission offer letter through Email.
• To be shortlisted, applicants must reach the SIIB Pune Cut-off.

Students interested in applying to SIIB Pune must first register for the SNAP test and then the MBA program. The following are the SIIB Pune admission process:

• Visit SIIB Pune's official website.
• Select the "Apply" tab from the drop-down menu.
• Then select "Register" from the drop-down menu.
• Complete all fields and click the "Submit" button.
• Pay the SNAP Test registration cost of Rs. 1750 after a successful registration.
• Then, using your SNAP ID and password, enroll in the Institute's course.

In the 2021 SIIB Pune placement drive, companies like IDFC First Bank, ICICI Prudential, Accenture, EY, and Infosys visited the campus. The Highest Package for International Business stood at INR 16.31 LPA. SIIB International Business Average Package was offered INR  10.08 LPA. The highest salary of Rs. 1.20 lakhs per month was awarded to students during the summer internship employment campaign for 2020-22.

• This scholarship is available to students who have completed the program within the specified time frame. To be considered for the scholarship, a student must have a minimum GPA of 7.50.
• The scholarship will be offered to a single candidate who has topped the examination in each specialization. Under this scholarship, students will receive a 50% fee waiver on their academic fees.
